Ateliers Fourwinds (France) July 2016 AIR

In July 2016 I spent 3 fantastic weeks with Ateliers Fourwinds in Southern France. The studio is nestled amongst olive groves near the small village of Aureille, it was a perfect place to forget about the outside world for a little while and get making!

During this residency my goal was to explore new techniques and to create a body of work which would enable me to pursue exhibition opportunities in France. 2 main bodies of work emerged from this AIR program, though a series of stand alone pieces were also created. All work created was exhibited at Fourwinds at the conclusion of the residency and also in Avignon for a one night only art event. Further exhibition is planned for 2017
